The UPB has generated different financial support programs to fulfill its strategic quality objectives
and equity in access for students who wish to continue their studies at our university.

100 SCHOLARSHIPS FOR THE TOP 100
The purpose of this program is to identify the most outstanding students in the country to give them the opportunity to access the UPB through the granting of scholarships to cover tuition costs.
Participating students are selected by their college based on their academic performance and subsequently participate in the Top 100 Exam in college. The score obtained allows them to access the scholarships of this program that are in the range of 40% and 100%.

SPORTS SCHOLARSHIP - CULTURAL
Sports or cultural scholarships have been designed to reward merit and sports or artistic performance, as well as academic, of applicants to our university.
The granting of these scholarships is based on the academic level of the student and, especially, on the evaluation of the applicant's level of competitiveness, which may be at the local, national or international level, which will allow access to scholarships of 15%, 35% or 50% respectively, to cover tuition costs.
SOCIAL SCHOLARSHIP - WORK
Social scholarships and work scholarships have the objective of expanding access opportunities to students with a high academic level and in need of financial support due to their socioeconomic situation.
These programs can grant scholarships of up to 60%, in the case of the social scholarship, and up to 50% in the work scholarship, to cover tuition costs. The percentages awarded will depend on the academic level of the applicant and the socioeconomic evaluation of the family unit.

SPONSORED SCHOLARSHIP
The UPB has created spaces for joint action with external institutions to generate financial support initiatives for students from a certain geographical area, socio-economic situation or professional interest so that they can access higher studies at our university.
The Confederation of Private Entrepreneurs of Bolivia has been the pioneer within this spectrum, subsequently giving continuity to scholarships sponsored by associations, chambers, federations, foundations and the like.
