Artificial intelligence will play an essential role in maintaining active and engaging learning. Cutting-edge methods train AI models to mimic and not make it easy. Moreover, these models do not support personalization for students' needs. This project proposes a novel concept to automatically create engaging learning material from videos and textbooks. The learning material includes quizzes, flashcards, and a question-and-answer system. This project aims to support student learning experiences and facilitate teachers' learning trajectory diagnosis process. Our goal is to build a virtual learning coach based on conversational agents capable of facilitating learning. We hope to produce two high-quality publications, as well as a prototypical implementation of the approach.
