I have a degree in Economics and graduated from UPB in Cochabamba. I am currently pursuing the MBA Analitycs Management at UPB; among the most important courses, in 2023 I completed the Executive Program Women in Senior Management, also at UPB. I am currently working as Administrative and HR Director at the Santa Cruz Campus. In my professional experience, I worked as Customer Service Manager at the Santa Cruz Exporters' Chamber, CADEX. I carried out a consultancy for the European Union's Al Invest IV project in support of the internationalization of SMEs. I completed market entry training in Lima, Peru for the Starbucks brand, and then launched the market in Santa Cruz, Bolivia, working in operations and later in management control. During the pandemic, I worked as an independent consultant in the food service and hotel sectors, helping businesses redesign their strategic planning for this period, prepare and analyze their P&L statements, implement digital processes, and improve decision-making using BI tools.
