Professional with training and experience in human resources management and educational management. Holds a Master’s in Strategic Human Resources Management (Universidad de Salamanca) and an MBA (Columbus IBS). Has led key roles in UPB's Continuing Education, currently as Academic Director of that unit. Graduate-level instructor and academic director of programs in the HR area. Certified as a coach in emotional intelligence, she also worked in personnel selection at El Corte Inglés- Spain and in educational management at Fundación San Valero – SEAS.
