David Fernández Oliver earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University and his Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, U.S. He taught literature/English at Saint Andrews’s School. He was coordinator of research and psychotherapeutic/organizational implementation projects at The Research Foundation of Mental Hygiene, Inc. in New York. He also led the national Process and Central Operations Services areas at Banco Mercantil Santa Cruz S.A.
