Erwin Veneros Alfaro, Ph.D.

Erwin Veneros has a solid academic background formed at the University of Geneva, Switzerland, where he earned his bachelor's degree (2006), master's degree (2008), and a PhD in Applied Mathematics (2015). His training was supported by the prestigious scholarship from the Simón I. Patiño Foundation. In the teaching and research field, he served as a teaching and research assistant in Switzerland and as a professor at Bolivian universities such as UMSA and UCB. He is currently the Head of the Department of Mathematics at UPB. In addition, he has published various specialized scientific articles in numerical analysis and Maxwell's equations
