Gustavo Molina serves as Associate Dean of Graduate Studies for the Santa Cruz campus and as National Graduate Admissions Coordinator. He has doctoral studies in Management and an MBA from UPB, and he is a graduate of INCAE’s Senior Management Program. He is a certified thesis advisor and professor of Leadership in graduate programs and of Ethics and Leadership in undergraduate programs. He is a facilitator of Ropes Course Workshops and management training. He has been Dean of Admissions and Student Affairs, Director of the College Board Testing Center for Bolivia, and “Speaker Curator” for TEDxUPB.
