Gustavo Siles Soria, Ph.D.

Gustavo Siles Soria has a PhD in Communication Technologies and Systems from the Polytechnic University of Madrid (Spain), a Master's in Microwaves and Telecommunications Systems from the Université de Montpellier (France), and is an Electronic Engineer from UMSS (Bolivia). He was a Research Assistant in the Signals, Systems and Radiocommunications Department at UPM (2009-2015) and a Project Engineer and Coordinator at the Bolivian Space Agency (2015-2017). Since 2017, he has been a Full Research Professor at UPB, where he has been Director of the Radiocommunications Laboratory since 2021. His research areas are radiopropagation and wireless communications. He is a Senior Member of IEEE.
