Isabel La Fuente Taborga, Ph.D. in Social Psychology, has extensive experience in teaching, research, and consulting in human resources. She is currently head of the program at UPB and directs PROPIUM S.R.L., specializing in organizational and clinical psychology. With training in psychology, administration, and research methodology, she has been recognized for her academic excellence. Her research covers topics such as identity, youth, and organizational psychology, and she teaches methodology, work psychology, and occupational health. In addition, she provides consulting in recruitment and selection for national and international companies and has a strong background in organizational intervention methodologies.
