Ivan Montellano Irazoque has an MBA from INCAE (Costa Rica) and a Bachelor's degree in Commercial Engineering from the Military School of Engineering (Bolivia). He has taken specialized courses in leadership and Team Management, and the course on Teaching Competencies and Design of Teaching Materials for Online Education at UNIR. He has EXPERT courses in Sales Management, Customer Loyalty, and Power BI, from UPB. Ivan has held management positions at ENTEL S.A., Banco Mercantil Santa Cruz, INGECORP, and has led consulting projects in Guatemala and Honduras.
