Luis Alberto Paz Soldán García, Chemical Engineer from the Universidad Mayor de San Simón, holds a Master's degree in Business and International Trade from International Florida Univesity (FIU-UPB), and has diplomas in Oil and Natural Gas Engineering, University Teaching with a specialization in Educational Management (UPB), and Competency-Based Higher Education (UMSS). He is head of laboratories and adjunct faculty at UPB, where he manages FIA laboratories and advises on the use of high-tech equipment. A specialist in Chemical Engineering, Unit Operations, and Oil and Gas, he has experience in sustainability, environmental management, and quality control, and has carried out projects for YPFB, Unilever, Proinpa, Indatrop, and SCS Consult S.R.L.
