Marcelo Ticona Barroso has a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Education Sciences and Systems Engineering from the Bolivian Catholic University "San Pablo". He is Head of Technology Projects at the company Natural Bolivia, where he has developed various projects in the national market over the past 25 years to date. He is a part-time professor at UPB.
