Carlos Henrry López Magne holds a master’s degree in Modern Control Systems from the Universidad Mayor de San Simón, in partnership with the University of Delph, Netherlands. He took specialized courses in Automation and Robotics in Cartagena, Colombia, and in Rapid Technological Prototypes of Systems with applications in Digital Signal Processing, Artificial Neural Networks, Communications, Instrumentation, and Control Systems. ISTEC, University Of Florida at UDABOL Bolivia. He served as Dean of the Faculty of Science and Technology and Head of the Telecommunications Engineering program at the Universidad de Aquino Bolivia. He is currently Head of EDTI Laboratories and a full-time professor at UPB in Cochabamba.
