Mónica Cadena, a doctoral candidate in Business Administration and Economics at UPB, holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management with a specialization in Marketing from the same institution. She has received international training in startup incubation methodologies at Tecnológico de Monterrey, building an outstanding career in both the academic and business sectors. With more than thirteen years of teaching experience, she has driven the development of entrepreneurs and business leaders, always promoting innovation and entrepreneurship. She is currently Head of the Commercial Engineering program at UPB Santa Cruz.
