Master’s in Urban and Architectural Design, UMSA. Postgraduate diploma in higher education, CEPIES-UMSA. Head of the Architecture Program at UPB. He has 27 years of experience in university teaching in the subjects of Morphology and Architectural Composition at UPB. He completed his studies at FAADU – UMSA, specializing in Territorial Planning at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, Spain. He worked in the city of La Paz as Vice President of the Bolivian Association of Architects during the 2012–2013 term. He has given seminars and lectures related to design research in Spain, Brazil, Chile, and Bolivia. He organized international conferences with the CAB. He is Head of the Architecture Program at UPB.
