Oscar Álvaro Valdivieso Taborga has a doctoral candidacy in Economics and Administration and a master’s degree in Business Administration from UPB, and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Mayor de San Simón. He has taken the White Belt course in International Lean Six Sigma. He is currently head of the Industrial Production Engineering and Industrial and Systems Engineering programs at our university’s La Paz campus.
