Oscar Landaeta is a doctor and holds a master's degree in political philosophy from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, with a specialization in contemporary political theory and international politics. His research addresses global governance, Latin American populism, and the construction of cultural identities through mass media and globalization. Recently, he has become interested in realist thinking in International Relations and in global trade integration processes. He has published numerous articles in indexed journals and has participated in national and international academic conferences.
