Osman Burgoa has a Master of Science and is currently pursuing his PhD in High-Energy Astrophysics at the Tokyo Institute of Technology in Japan. He also has a Bachelor's degree in Physics and a Diploma in Higher Education CEPIES from UMSA, as well as a Diploma in Quantitative Methods for Economic Analysis from UPB. He was a consultant to the Ministry of Development Planning of the Government of Bolivia for the programming and design of a general equilibrium macroeconomic model. He is currently a full-time professor in the Engineering area at UPB.
