Patricia Gasser Gordillo, with a PhD in Social Psychology from the Complutense University of Madrid and a former research fellow at the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID), has more than 15 years of teaching experience at private and public universities in Bolivia. She was director of the Organizational Psychology program at UPB and, since 2013, has led the Human Development area at Propium SRL. She has worked as a consultant for companies such as Unilever, Alicorp, Jala Soft, and Aldeas Infantiles SOS. She is currently a research professor at UPB Santa Cruz, where she conducts studies on mental health and emotional states, published in international indexed journals.
