René Fernando Sosa Santos is a candidate for a PhD in ICT in Mobile Networks from the University of Cantabria. He holds a Master’s degree in Communication Networks Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering. He currently works as an ICT Infrastructure Specialist at dTec, managing data centers and cloud solutions. In addition, he is a professor at a specialized university and institute. He has certifications in MikroTik, including MTCNA, MTCRE, MTCWE, and MCTCE.
