Sandra Ibáñez-Calero earned a Ph.D. in Biomolecular Chemistry from Universite Paul Sabatier in Toulouse, France. She holds a Master of Arts in Organic Synthesis and a Master of Science in Natural Products Chemistry from The University of Illinois in Illinois, United States. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, with a specialization in Organic Chemistry, from Universidad Mayor de San Andrés, Bolivia. She has been working as a professor/researcher at UPB for more than ten years.
