Soraya Alcoba Poppe has a master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from the Escuela Militar de Ingeniería, in the EGADE program at Tecnológico de Monterrey. She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from UCB. She has completed diploma programs and short courses in taxation, applied accounting, and accounting standards at UPB, EIFCA, UNUR, and USFX. She is currently an adjunct undergraduate faculty member at UPB due to her professional career of more than 20 years in the field. She is also a graduate-level instructor in different programs and in subjects related to accounting and tax regulations. She is currently a financial advisor at FLUICONST (former Financial and Administrative Manager).
