Raúl Antelo is a university lecturer with experience in training students in areas such as databases, programming, and software development. He is a Systems Engineer and holds a Master’s degree in Telematics from Universidad Mayor de San Simón. He has more than 15 years of professional experience in the public and private sectors, in technology management, software development, database administration, and architecture design. He is currently part of the teaching staff at UPB, contributing to the training of future engineers with an applied approach focused on solving real-world problems.
