Bernardo Agustín Cabrerizo Barrientos is an architect from UMSS, with master’s degrees in Construction Sciences (UMSS) and in Spatial and Local Development Planning and Management (University of Seville). He is currently a candidate for a Doctorate in Geography and Territory at the University of Seville. He holds postgraduate diplomas in University Teaching (UPB) and Design. He stands out for his teaching work at UPB and for creating the AVAPRO software for real estate appraisals. With extensive experience as an international lecturer on territorial heritage, his profile combines doctoral research with expert practice and high-level academic training in architecture and urban planning.
