
Williams Gonzales holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering Sciences from the University of São Paulo, Brazil, and the University of Illinois, United States, with a specialization in energy and fluids. He also has a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Sciences from the University of São Paulo, focused on thermal systems and process simulation. In addition, he earned a Master’s degree in Renewable Energies from the International University of Andalusia, Spain, and an MBA with a specialization in production management and quality in industry from the Federal University of São Carlos, Brazil. He is currently Dean of the School of Graduate Studies in Engineering and Technology at UPB and Senior International Consultant in energy and industrial engineering, maintenance, and productivity projects. In his professional experience, he served as Production Superintendent at Porcelana JEIS in Cochabamba, and as Head of Engineering and Maintenance at the Steel Industrial Complex, also in Cochabamba. He is a Mechanical Engineer, graduated from the Technical University of Oruro, Bolivia.
