
Oscar Gracia Landaeta holds a PhD and a Master’s degree in Philosophy, with an emphasis in Political Philosophy, from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Letters from the Bolivian Catholic University “San Pablo.” He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in International Business and Trade at UPB. He has developed a distinguished academic career as a professor and researcher, serving as head of the Law and International Relations and International Business programs at UPB, as well as a university professor at various institutions. His research work focuses on political theory, nationalism, and the thought of Hannah Arendt, with multiple publications in internationally indexed journals and participation in academic conferences.
