Isabel La Fuente holds a PhD in Social Psychology from the Complutense University of Madrid and a Master’s in Social Psychology from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. She is Director and Partner at the Integral Psychology Consulting firm PROPIUM. She provides consulting for companies such as Alicorp, Unilever, Jalasoft, Copelme, Fundación Patiño, Kantutani, Assuresoft, and others. She currently serves as Head of the program and professor of the Organizational Psychology program.
