Carlos Henrry López Magne has a master’s degree in Modern Control Systems from the Universidad Mayor de San Simón, in collaboration with the University of Delph, the Netherlands. He took specialized courses in Automation and Robotics in Cartagena, Colombia, and in Technological Prototypes of Fast Systems with applications in Digital Signal Processing, Artificial Neural Networks, Communications, Instrumentation, and Control Systems. ISTEC, University of Florida, and UDABOL Bolivia. He held the positions of Dean of the Faculty of Science and Technology and Head of the Telecommunications Engineering Program at Universidad de Aquino Bolivia. He is currently Head of EDTI Laboratories and a full-time professor at the UPB in Cochabamba.
