Rommel Rojas Salvatierra holds a Master’s degree in Security, Defense, and Development from the Military University of the Nation’s Armed Forces, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Marketing awarded by Tecnológico de Monterrey. He has completed specialized courses in international marketing at Florida International University, and in advertising and promotional campaign design at the School of Creatives in Argentina. He currently serves as Head of the Commercial Engineering program at the Julio León Prado Campus of the UPB.
