Rene Fernando Sosa Santos holds a Master’s degree in Telecommunications Networks Engineering from the Universidad Mayor de San Andrés and a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Universidad Católica Boliviana. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Information and Communication Technologies at the University of Cantabria, Spain, under the Carolina Scholarship. He has international certifications in Mikrotik, Fortinet, and Huawei Security, as well as training in Red Team. He serves as an Associate Professor and Head of the Artificial Intelligence Engineering and Electronics and Telecommunications programs at UPB.
