Juan Pablo Zegada is a Law graduate from UCB, with a Master’s degree in Business Law from UPB in collaboration with UNIANDES of Colombia. During his 26 years of professional experience, he has advised several companies. He is Secretary General and National Legal Director of UPB. Professor of Labor Law, Negotiation, and Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods. Academic Director of the Master’s in Business Law. Conciliator and Arbitrator at the ICAM Conciliation and Arbitration Center. He has written various articles on updates and analysis about Labor Law and Arbitration.
