Doctorate from the Polytechnic University of Valencia, Spain; PhD in Economics and Business Administration from UPB; Master's in Senior Management and Health Policies and Bachelor's in Business Administration, International Diploma in Supply Chain Management (International Trade Center, Geneva, Switzerland), Specialist in Social Management (INDES – Washington U.S.A.), Specialist in Marketing Management. At UPB, he serves as Lead Professor in the area of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, former Dean of the Olave School of Business (2013–2023), and was Director of the Consulting and Training Division (2002–2012), successfully delivering 108 projects. President of Fundación Compartir - Cochabamba. He was Project Manager and Consultant at the Foundation for Sustainable Development (1999-2002). In the construction sector, he was Manager of Comercial Estilo (1995-2001) and Importadora Fresal (1989–1995), and in the industrial sector, General Manager of Industrias Saborita. He has several publications in indexed journals (JCR - Scopus) and book chapters.
