Doctoral candidate in Law at the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM), with a research focus in Constitutional Law. He holds a Master's degree in Parliamentary Law, Elections and Legislative Studies, and a Master's degree in Political Theory and Democratic Culture, both from UCM. He also holds a Master's degree in Image Consulting and Political Consulting from Camilo José Cela University (Spain), an institution where he serves as the Bolivia Coordinator of the “Laboratory of Political Narratives”. He teaches Constitutional Law, Public International Law, International Security and Defense, and Introduction to Business Law. He researches democracy, populism, authoritarianism, presidentialism, separation of powers, electoral systems, and political communication.
