César Cabrera is a graduate in Mathematics and holds a master's degree in Economics from the Universidad Mayor de San Simón, Bolivia. He has complemented his education with specialized courses in econometrics, data analysis, machine learning, higher education, and ICT management. He currently serves as an adjunct professor in the Finance Engineering program at UPB.
