Andrea Fernández Delgadillo holds a Master’s degree in Business and International Trade and is a Production Engineer from UPB. She holds certification as a Lead Auditor in Quality Management Systems (CQI – IRCA) and has international training in Supply Chain Management (CCI), as well as postgraduate diplomas in procurement, rural business development, and project evaluation, complemented by ongoing training in Quality and Industrial Safety. Throughout her professional career, she has served as Administrative and HR Director of the Julio León Prado Campus of UPB, and has been the university’s Principal Quality Control Advisor, leading the implementation and improvement of its management system. Previously, she coordinated national and international consulting projects with organizations such as IFC, ITC, USAID, and local companies.
