Architect, graduated in 1995 from the Universidad Mayor de San Simón with top honors and distinction; he also earned a master's degree with the highest grade and is currently a doctoral candidate in habitat sciences. He took part in the creation of the School of Architecture at UPB Cochabamba and has taught since 1996 in areas such as architecture, graphic design, advanced modeling, graduate studies, and virtual reality at UPB and UMSS. He has also served as an international trainer. He has received awards in design competitions and has experience in consulting, software, animation, and technology advising. He currently continues his academic and professional work.
