
Fernando José García Barros is an architect and cultural manager. He is a PhD candidate and holds a Master's degree in Architecture (ETSAS-US), in Culture and Development (UNIA), and in Cultural Heritage Valuation and Management (UPO). He also holds postgraduate degrees in Project Planning and Evaluation (University of Chile), Architecture and Development (Lund University), Bioclimatic Architecture (University of Salamanca), Cultural Management (University of Barcelona), and Higher Education (UCB). In Spain, Syria, Italy, and Bolivia, he carried out more than forty projects related to heritage, culture, and social transformation, combining technical rigor, heritage sensitivity, and management skills. He also directs the mARTadero cultural space and the GCP Imagen Architecture Office. He teaches at UPB and UMSS.
