Carlos David De la Barra Cadíma has doctoral training in Higher Education and Research, as well as postdoctoral training in mixed-methods research with AI from the Public University of El Alto, in addition to a Master’s degree in Higher Education and another Master’s degree in Higher Education with a competency-based approach. He holds a degree in Psychology from the Universidad Mayor de San Simón. He has diplomas in scientific research, Big Data, and higher education. He works as an undergraduate and graduate teacher at various universities and as a consultant in academic management and research, integrating artificial intelligence and data analytics into educational processes.
