Master's in Urban and Architectural Design, UMSA. Postgraduate Diploma in Higher Education, CEPIES-UMSA. Head of the Architecture Program at UPB. He has 27 years of experience in university teaching, in the subjects of Architectural Morphology and Composition at UPB. He completed his studies at FAADU – UMSA, with a specialization in Territorial Planning at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, Spain. He worked in the city of La Paz as Vice President of the College of Architects of Bolivia during 2012-2013. He held seminars and lectures related to design research in Spain, Brazil, Chile, and Bolivia. He organized international events with the CAB. He is Head of the Architecture Program at UPB.
