David Fernández Oliver holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, New York, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah, both in the U.S. He has completed specialized courses in leadership, coaching, process management, organizational management, well-being, and mental health. He is the National Academic Director of the Organizational Psychology program and the Head of that program at UPB, La Paz campus. He has experience as a professor, organizational consultant, therapist, and former executive at Banco Mercantil Santa Cruz, in addition to having coordinated applied research projects in mental health and organizational development at the Research Foundation of Mental Hygiene, Inc. in New York.
