German Gonzales has a doctorate in Civil Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (Brazil), with a Master's degree in Sanitary and Environmental Engineering from the Universidad Mayor de San Andrés and training in Civil Engineering from the Technical University of Oruro. Currently, he is Academic Director of Graduate Studies at the School of Engineering and Technology in La Paz and a full-time professor in various Civil Engineering and Geotechnics subjects. With more than 28 years of experience, he has led design, supervision, and construction projects as a manager in road works, civil infrastructure, and geotechnics. His career combines technical knowledge, new technologies, and skills applied to teaching and consulting.
