
Alvaro Moscoso Wayar is a Civil Engineer with a degree from UPB. He holds a master's degree in Structural Engineering awarded by UFRGS (RS, Brazil) and is a doctoral candidate, with his thesis defense scheduled for 2025 at UFRGS. Previously, he worked in design, supervision, and site management, always in the field of structures. Among the various projects he has participated in, the most notable in terms of scale are: "Installation of the Metal Roof of the Héroes de Octubre Sports Complex", "Design and Installation of the Presidential Hangar", and "Construction of the Ferrobeni Bridge". He currently teaches in the areas of Structures and Construction at the undergraduate and graduate levels. He is the Head of the Civil Engineering Program at UPB.
