Santiago Albarracín Guerra is an economist with an Erasmus Mundus Master’s in Quantitative Economics Models and Methods (Econometrics), completed at Università Ca’Foscari, Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, and Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. He has been an external consultant for the Inter-American Development Bank and Oxfam. He is currently Senior Researcher and Project Coordinator at the Center for Economic and Business Research of UPB, where he also teaches undergraduate and graduate courses. Since the 2026 term, he has co-directed the Master’s in Economics and the Diploma in Quantitative Methods for Economic Analysis.
