Katherine Isabel Quint Soliz is a clinical and organizational psychologist, systemic psychotherapist, lecturer, and speaker, with more than 20 years of experience in emotional well-being and human development. She holds a master’s degree in Family Therapy from the Bolivian Catholic University, is pursuing a doctorate in Higher Education, and has international certification in EMDR. She has worked in private practice, hospitals, and psychosocial programs, addressing mental health, trauma, and crises. In academia, she trains professionals in areas such as clinical psychology, assessment, and systemic therapy. She has also led organizational processes in human talent.
