Claudia Patricia Soruco Cusi holds a Master’s degree in Political and Corporate Communication from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, Madrid, Spain (2021), and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication from Universidad Mayor de San Andrés, La Paz, Bolivia (2013). She was a fellow in the International Visitor Leadership Program of the U.S. Department of State (2024). She is the winner of Bolivia’s National Journalism Award (2022) and received the Huáscar Cajías Medal for Outstanding Professional of the New Generation, awarded by the Journalists Association of La Paz (2022). She currently works as a university professor, independent investigative journalist, analyst, and columnist in various media outlets.
