
Mónica Cadena is a Commercial Engineer, with an MBA with a concentration in Marketing and a PhD candidate in Management and Economics. She specializes in innovation, applied research, and entrepreneurial education, with international training in startup incubation and research culture. She has more than 15 years of teaching experience and a track record in both the public and private sectors. Co-author of books and scientific publications (including Scopus Q3) and facilitator of marketing workshops at the national level. She is currently Head of the Business Engineering Program at UPB, where she promotes an innovative education focused on entrepreneurship and on developing leaders with strategic vision.
