Bachelor's degree in Economics, graduated from UPB in Cochabamba. I am currently pursuing the MBA Analitycs Management at UPB; among the most important courses, in 2023 I completed the Executive Program Women in Senior Management, also at UPB. I currently serve as Administrative and Human Resources Director at the Santa Cruz Campus. In my professional experience, I worked as Customer Service Manager at the Chamber of Exporters of Santa Cruz CADEX, and I carried out a consulting project, Al Invest IV, for the European Union in support of the internationalization of SMEs. I completed a market-opening training in Lima, Peru for the Starbucks brand, and later opened the market in Santa Cruz, Bolivia, working in operations and then in management control. During the pandemic, I worked as an independent consultant in the food and hotel sectors, helping businesses redesign their strategic planning for this period, prepare and analyze their P&L, implement digital processes, and make decisions using BI tools.
