Patricia Gasser holds a PhD in Social Psychology from the Complutense University of Madrid, where she received the highest distinction, Summum Cum Laude. She has more than 20 years of professional experience in social psychology, human talent management, and organizational development. She currently serves as Head of the Organizational Psychology program at UPB, Santa Cruz campus, having previously held the same position in Cochabamba. She teaches undergraduate and graduate courses, is a researcher with publications in high-prestige indexed journals with international impact, and is a consultant in human resources and organizational development for leading companies and industries nationwide.
