Eduardo Guzmán Zapata holds a Master in Educational Leadership, Management and Emerging Technologies (MIU City University Miami), obtained in Florida, USA, thanks to an OAS scholarship. He holds two bachelor's degrees: one in International Relations from UTEPSA and another in English from UEB. Currently, he is the National Deputy Director of Internationalization at UPB and Coordinator of the International Relations and Business program in Santa Cruz, where he also teaches courses related to the major and English. He is an alumnus of the U.S. Department of State and has participated in international development projects, specializing in International Education, TESOL, Intercultural Competencies, and Sustainable Development.
