Melina Reyes Dorado is a highly qualified professional with more than a decade of experience in academic and business settings. With a solid educational background that includes a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with academic excellence, a master’s degree in Business Management with a specialization in Organizational Psychology and Human Resources, an MBA in Business Creation and Development, and a doctorate in Economics and Business Administration, she has demonstrated a unique ability to combine her knowledge of psychology with a strategic business vision. Currently, she serves as Head of the Organizational Psychology Program at UPB and Director of Student Welfare and Student Affairs. Her career spans leadership roles in business consulting, human resources management, and the design of training and development programs. In addition, she is an expert in artificial intelligence applied to recruitment and selection, standing out for her ability to integrate emerging technologies into critical business processes.
